| Description: | Assists and works under the direct supervision of the Lead Maintenance, providing outrageous customer service every day. Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on apartments (occupied and vacant) and throughout the entire property. This position is responsible for physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Responsible for maintaining the building exteriors, common areas, and site using Company supplied materials and equipment. Must be available for 24 hour emergency call. |
| Qualifications: | High school graduate or equivalent. EPA certified and current pool operator's certification is preferred. At least one year prior apartment maintenance staff experience is desirable. Must be able to meet the physical requirement of the job as described on the job description. |
